Friday is for Vision

Nehemiah had a Vision to rebuild the walls in Jerusalem and nothing anyone else did could stop him from accomplishing his vision.  When he started he was a slave in a land far away with no money and no power.  Yet he had a Vision and he believed he was unstoppable and he prevailed.  Because of what he did we are still being inspired today.

Alexander the Great had a Vision to conquer the known world.  When he started he faced the largest army in the history of the world with only a small force and had only had enough money in the bank to pay his men for 30 days.  Yet he had a Vision and he believed he was unstoppable and he prevailed.  The reason the New Testament is written in Greek is because he conquered most of the world and made Greek the international language and we are still being influenced by what he did.

Edison had a Vision to bring light to the masses.  He faced hundreds of failures in his attempt to invent the light bulb.  Yet he had a Vision and he believed he was unstoppable and he prevailed.  After all those failures he said, they are not failures, I now know hundreds of ways not to make a light bulb.  And we are still benefiting from his influence today.

What has God given you a vision for?  Once He gives you a Vision, remember that you are unstoppable.
